
Casa Bonita Named One of America’s Most Outrageous Restaurants
Have you ever been to a restaurant that is so out of the ordinary that you had to tell all of your friends about it? Even years after you visited, you still think about it.
There was a restaurant in Jacksonville, Florida, that I went to with a few friends a couple of times. It was wild. It looked like a shack; the walls were covered in taxidermy and other peculiar decorations, and it was the first and only time I've ever had yak meat.
Clark's Fish Camp in Jacksonville is long gone, but I still remember it vividly, over a decade later. We have one of those outlandish types of restaurants here in Colorado. However, growing up frequenting the place, it didn't seem too outrageous to me.
Casa Bonita Ranked No. 10 on Yelp’s 2026 List
Yelp has released its list of the most outrageous restaurants of 2026, and Colorado's Casa Bonita is on the list. Of course, it is going to be on the list. Where else are you going to be able to go to have fine Mexican cuisine and see cliff divers, venture through Black Bart's Cave, and get sopapillas on demand with a little flag on your table?
