March is typically the snowiest month of the year here in Colorado. It has been a moderately tame month. That was true until many of us woke up this morning to fresh powder on our lawns and streets.

I live just outside of Fort Collins and I was surprised to see no snow this morning. Many Northern Coloradans woke up without snow this morning, but that is about to change very soon according to projections.

However, it is projected that Fort Collins will receive 5.2 inches of snow. Greeley will only get 1.8 inches.
