The Larimer County Sheriff's Office reports that Joshua Jones was found safe and is at home with his family.

Joshua was located by Fort Collins Police Services just after 10:00 p.m.  He is safe and back with his family.

The Larimer County Sheriff's Office has sent out an alert that they are looking for the public's help in finding 17-year-old Joshua Jones, who has developmental disabilities and was last seen at noon on April 30.

According to a press release from Larimer County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), Joshua was last seen leaving at noon on April 30, 2020, on foot near his home south of Loveland, located near South County Road 23 and West County Road 14, which is in the vicinity of Lon Hagler Lake and Boedecker Lake in Loveland.

From the release:

 Joshua was last seen wearing a blue/grey sweatshirt and blue jeans. He may also be wearing a blue t-shirt with the word “Summit” on the front.  He is 5’09 and weighs 145 pounds, has short brown hair, brown eyes, and wears glasses

 

There is no reason to suspect any criminal activity, however Joshua has developmental disabilities causing additional concern for his safety.

 

Anyone with information regarding Joshua’s whereabouts is asked to call Larimer County Sheriff’s Office at 970-416-1985.
