New Michelin Restaurants Recognized Across Colorado
When it comes to finding excellent food and lodging across the globe, there is one place to go: the Michelin Guide. For 126 years, the Michelin Guide has been the choice for travelers near and far when it comes to finding exceptional food, hotels, and culinary experiences.

It took years, but Colorado finally found itself on the Michelin map in 2023, highlighting superb restaurants in Denver, Boulder, Aspen, Snowmass Village, Vail, and Beaver Creek. This month, the Michelin Guide expanded to the entire state of Colorado.
