Bulls on the Beach Friday night with the Legendary Merle Haggard
The iconic Merle Haggard did not disappoint the fans as he kicked off the Bulls on the Beach Weekend of Legends Friday night. The Hag still sounds great at 78. His loving fans agreed as they sang along to every word of his timeless classics. We all just wanted him to keep singing, but with a catalog as massive as Mr. Haggard has built up over the years, he could have been there all night. Great show!
The fun this weekend doesn't stop with Merle. Today (Saturday) is the kid's rodeo followed by the open bull riding qualifier. On Sunday it's the Bulls on the Beach rodeo finals, followed by Deana Carter and a rodeo dance.
