Meet Valiant: Our NOCO Humane Pet of the Week
You can find the perfect pet for your home and lifestyle at NOCO Humane. NOCO Humane loves the animals that are in their care and they ensure to give each animal the proper tender loving care that they need to join a home in Northern Colorado.
Each week, we like to highlight an animal that is available for adoption at NOCO Humane. Here is our Townsquare NOCO Pet of the Week, brought to you by Bark’n Big.
Meet Valiant: Ready for Adoption in Northern Colorado
Valiant is a five-year-old American Pit Bull Terrier who is both loyal and affectionate. Although he may take some time to warm up, his loving nature and obedience shine through once he's comfortable.
This gentle and sweet pup can be quickly won over with a good scratch behind the ears, and his affectionate personality will soon be clear.
Valiant absolutely loves going for car rides and enjoys exploring new places with his nose. He’s also very intelligent and walks wonderfully on a leash.
He’s looking for a patient family that can help him grow his confidence with kindness, gentle encouragement, and plenty of love.
Consider This Before Adopting Valiant From NOCO Humane
Valiant is a sensitive pup who feels nervous around loud noises, fast movements, or big objects. He prefers to avoid crates but can be trusted alone without any trouble.
Valiant gets along with other dogs when introduced gradually. Given his fear of sudden movements, a home without children under 12 would be the best fit for him.
