Meet Stormy and Cloudy: Our NOCO Humane Pets of the Week

Each week we like to highlight an animal that is available for adoption right now at NOCO Humane.

Luckily enough this week, we get to highlight not just one pet, but two.

NOCO Humane has dogs and cats of course, but many of us in Northern Colorado are not aware of the fact that NOCO Humane has critters as well. Here are two critters that could be a great fit for your home.

Meet Stormy and Cloudy: Ready for Adoption in Northern Colorado

This week's featured pets are Stormy and Cloudy. Two chickens arrived at the shelter together and were brought in by a good Samaritan.

Their past is a bit unknown, however, they are very friendly and easygoing and they are eager to find a good and loving home.

Cloudy is a two-year-old hen. This social lady is a favorite at NOCO Humane because she is social and has a lot of charm. At first NOCO Humane was convinced that Cloudy was a rooster. Then she surprised everybody when she laid an egg. Cloudy loves to be the first to greet visitors at the game and she is extremely outgoing.

Stormy, who is also two years old, is a male rooster who has a quiet and gentle demeanor. Unlike his friend Cloudy, Stormy prefers the company of the flock, where he feels the most comfortable.

His calm and peaceful presence makes him a great addition to any backyard where he can enjoy his surroundings.
