Every week, we like to feature a pet that is available for adoption right now at NOCO Humane.

If you are looking to adopt a pet anytime soon, we highly recommend you check out what animals are for adoption at NOCO Humane.

The animals are cared for right here in Northern Colorado. Even if there is not a pet that is perfect for you right now, keep checking. The right dog, cat, or critter will come your way.

We are excited to introduce you to Hooch. This sweet guy is our Townsquare NoCo Pet of the Week.

Hooch is a truly loving and sweet guy. His favorite activities are playing, chasing balls around, exploring, and running. He is a big guy, but he also happens to be extremely agile. He also loves people and dog-watching. Hooch seems like an extremely well-rounded dog.

Consider This Before Adopting Hooch at NOCO Humane

NOCO Humane tells us that Hooch arrived as a stray. He also happens to guard his food and is a bit protective over his food. Hooch will need to live in a home without kids under 12. He can also be pushy around other dogs and will need to be the only dog in the household.

Additionally, NOCO Humane tells us that he pulls on his leash quite a bit. NOCO Humane tells us that the owner will need to consider their own strength for leash training purposes.
