With more than 430 breweries, Colorado is truly a beer lover's paradise. Not only do these local brew-based establishments offer tasty, hop-filled beverages in fun environments, but some go above and beyond to build up the beer industry.

The Golden Mill in Golden, Colorado is a great example of this.

In addition to having two self-pour tap walls with a total of 62 taps, the lively food/beer hall hosts a unique summer fitness series featuring kegs as the main component of the workouts.

The Sunday sessions consist of 45 minutes that combine strength and cardio for a complete core-building experience. According to the venue's website, the innovative classes incorporate empty kegs and a variety of other equipment, such as weighted balls and resistance bands, to help participants build stability and endurance in their bodies.

These workouts are anything boring or monotonous! Rather, they're a unique and exciting way to stay fit and healthy, while having a good time. Few gyms provide a space that allows people to exercise, plus eat and drink, all in the same spot - but at the Golden Mill that's entirely possible.

Sunday's keg conditioning classes are held at 9 a.m. in the north-facing parking lot.

All levels are encouraged to sign up for these strength-building sessions. Keg conditioning classes are $12 per person which includes a $7 pour at The Golden Mill. Register for upcoming sessions online at unite.fitness/schedule or via the Mindbody app. All participants must sign a waiver before participating.

The Golden Mill is located at 1012 Ford Street next to the scenic Clear Creek.

LOOK: Best Beers From Every State

To find the best beer in each state and Washington D.C., Stacker analyzed January 2020 data from BeerAdvocate, a website that gathers user scores for beer in real-time. BeerAdvocate makes its determinations by compiling consumer ratings for all 50 states and Washington D.C. and applying a weighted rank to each. The weighted rank pulls the beer toward the list's average based on the number of ratings it has and aims to allow lesser-known beers to increase in rank. Only beers with at least 10 rankings to be considered; we took it a step further to only include beers with at least 100 user rankings in our gallery. Keep reading to find out what the best beer is in each of the 50 states and Washington D.C.
