Maxx’s JBS Greeley Spotlight: Brazil Native Vinny Found Career Growth and Family at JBS

One thing that really impressed me about Vinny's career with JBS is that this corporation helped him experience TWO new countries.

He's among the amazing employees I've had a chance to meet in recent months, and like many others, he describes JBS employees as passionate, disciplined, and determined. Vinny's JBS experience actually started as a small boy in Brazil, where his grandpa sold cattle for JBS. He followed his grandpa around, enthralled with the work he did.

When he was a little older, he toured a JBS facility and knew he wanted to start his career with this company after he graduated from college. He started as a JBS intern in Brazil and then had a short tenure at JBS Canada before starting with JBS Greeley in 2018. Overall, he's worked for JBS for 9 years.

Many of his family and friends live in Brazil, but Vinny says his JBS coworkers have become family. While his job is to manage others, it’s the constant support and dedication from his coworkers that makes Vinny Depieri JBS proud.

These are themes echoed by many other JBS Greeley employees I've met.
