Larimer County Man Arrested For Sex Trafficking Of Minors

A 21-year-old Larimer County man has been arrested on several charges relating to sex trafficking minors, and investigators are concerned that there may be other victims.

That's according to a post on the Larimer County Sheriff's Office Facebook page.

The post says the sheriff's office was notified in February of this year about a child sexual assault victim. The victim told investigators that she had been offered money and paraphernalia to engage in sexual acts with himself and others. Investigators say their probe into the allegations turned up one more juvenile victim, but they think there may be others.

Suspect Arrested On Several Charges

As a result of the investigation, Ivan Banuelos Gandara (above photo) was arrested on several charges:

• Human Trafficking of a Minor for Sexual Servitude – F2

• Soliciting for Child Prostitution – F3 (4 counts)

• Sex Assault on a Child – F3 (2 counts)

• Enticement of a Child – F4

• Internet Luring of a Child – F4

• Sexual Exploitation of a Child – F5

• Offenses relating to Marijuana – DF4

At the last report, Gandera was being held on $75,000 bond in the Larimer County Jail.
