Cutest Sheep in the World Come to Colorado Stock Show
The Valais Blacknose breed of sheep originates in Switzerland where they are considered domesticated and bred for both their wool and meat.

Named for its all-black head, the Valais Blacknose is unique in that both male and female specimens, also known as rams and ewes, respectively, have horns.
Per usual, other types of animals will be shown at the National Western Stock Show including alpaca, bison, goats, llamas, dogs, and swine, with plenty of fun activities for the entire family like mutton bustin', pony rides, a petting zoo, sheep shearing, and line dancing.
The event will also feature a number of shows featuring tricks from barnyard animals and domesticated dogs, as well as numerous rodeos.
Check out the entire list of events and find further details about the Valais Blacknose sheep as well as all of the other fun attractions featured at the 2025 National Western Stock Show by visiting the show's official website.
