Growing a pumpkin to be be worthy of showing off at an event takes a lot of work; then there's the transporting of said pumpkin to the venue. For the fall of 2024, there are four locations looking for pumpkin farmers' "biggest."

For four Saturdays, you could venture out to see what these folks are bringing to the scales.

It does seem like something you'd only find in America: Gloating over a big pumpkin that we grew. These events are about pride and fun, both American, so we'll roll with it.
