Smalls Sliders Opening First Colorado Restaurant – NoCo To Come
Have you ever heard of Smalls Sliders? I hadn't either, if I'm being honest. The little burger chain that actually getting quite big was founded in 2019 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and has been franchising since 2021, and they're coming to Colorado.
A Denver (Northglenn) location is set to open, right near 120th and Irma Drive, close to the end of 2025.

It's a drive-through and walk-up only place, without any seating inside, but you can't miss it. The building is constructed with bright orange shipping containers. They serve hamburger and cheeseburger sliders, waffle fries and milkshakes out of what they call "cans" - or the shipping containers.
Their coming opening in Northglenn is only the first of many locations planned across the state of Colorado, including a potential Johnstown location in the near future.

The slider chain has approximately 300 locations across the United States as of today, with many more planned in the years to come. Also a fun fact - with a loose Denver connection - is that an early investor and co-owner of the chain was former New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees. He is obviously connected to the Denver Broncos via current Broncos head coach Sean Payton, who coached Brees in New Orleans for most of his career.
The two won a Super Bowl together, and Brees has been on the scene in Dove Valley on occasion. He also has hosted Broncos quarterback Bo Nix for some mentorship in San Diego, helping him understand the nuances of running Sean Payton's offensive system.
There is currently no location or timetable available for a Johnstown location, but when it happens, we'll be sure to let you know!
