People across Northern Colorado and the region know Fort Collins as being a great hub for the celebration of live music. From FoCoMX, and the Taste of Fort Collins, to the dozens of venues the city has. "Laurel Fest" is into its second year in 2026, on its way to becoming a big annual event.

When + Where Does Laurel Fest in Fort Collins Take Place?

The two-day event happens the third weekend of October (October 16-17, 2026) at three different venues within walking-distance of each other in Downtown Fort Collins. Atrium Lounge is the main host of the event, with Avogadro's Number and R Bar also hosting bands/musicians.

2026 will see the event bringing twice the amount of bands (60+) that Friday and Saturday night with wristbands costing only $25. Over 60 performances will mean a variety of music throughout; lots of people enjoying those bands, as well. In 2025, the initial event generated nearly $20,000 for the bands and local businesses.

What Kind of Music Will You Find at Laurel Fest in Fort Collins?

Much like FoCoMX, Laurel Fest is set to bring a more than a few genres of music: rock, metal, punk, pop, indie, bluegrass, country, hip-hop, and EDM, will be included. Concert-goers will be able to accentuate their experience with a special Laurel Fest beer brewed up by Odell.
