BrewPaw Bingo in Fort Collins Brings Summer Fun and Helps Dogs
Those in Colorado have a strong love for dogs, craft beer, and having fun. Those three come together with a summer bingo event in the Fort Collins area every summer.
Annual Event Involving Northern Colorado Breweries and Distilleries Helps Animals
The Animal Friends Alliance of Fort Collins, which guarantees that every dog/cat that they take in will stay with them until the find a home, benefits from this fun summer event each year.
In 2020, Fort Collins Cat Rescue & Spay/Neuter Clinic and Animal House Rescue & Grooming came together to become the Animal Friends Alliance. The clinic also provides preventative health care including vaccinations, deworming, heartworm testing, feline viral testing, and microchipping.
BrewPaw Bingo is an event for the dog lovers and beer lovers, alike. We get to visit breweries/distilleries that we may not otherwise stop in at, and the Animal Friends Alliance gets to take in more dogs and cats and find them homes.
The 2025 event, running June 13 through June 29, features two dozen local breweries, cideries and distilleries; it's good to see so many places wanting to help, while also such a decent variety of places. I also see it as a way to spark your interest in the craft brewery industry, again, as it has tapered off a bit.
How Does 'BrewPaw Bingo' in Fort Collins Work?
People purchase a bingo card for $45 (which includes the annual t-shirt) then visit the establishments they'd like in order to get a "5 stamp bingo." Once they have a bingo, they can redeem for a custom 13-oz. tumbler. While visiting the breweries/distilleries, bingo card holders will also receive specials (free drinks, taster flights, and BOGO/50% deals) at the establishments.

If you don't want to drink, you can still play for $20; even dogs can play bingo for $10, and get a dog treat at the participating establishments. Dogs that get a bingo will get a prize pack from Poudre Pet and Feed Supply.
