Kelly Clarkson Stunning Weight Loss Journey in 31 Pictures
Kelly Clarkson has lost a bunch of weight, and she's not afraid to talk about how she did it. The singer and former American Idol winner's body transformation was stunning and sudden.
Her candor on the topic is surprising. During a 2025 interview, Clarkson says she peaked at 203 pounds, but didn't get down on herself.
"I was never insecure about it, I was happy," she is quoted as saying (via Today).

Did Kelly Clarkson Use Ozempic?
The final five pictures in this gallery really showcase a change Clarkson says came about after a move to New York City, but living in a walking town is just part of her journey.
She says she also began a high protein diet at her doctor's urging and started a medication that helped break down sugar.
"My doctor chased me for like two years, and I was like, 'No I’m afraid of it, I already have thyroid problems,'" Clarkson once told Whoopi Goldberg during a spring 2025 episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show.
The 43-year-old mother of two didn't say which medication she used, but she made clear that she was not using Ozempic.
How Much Weight Did Kelly Clarkson Lose?
Clarkson's 2023 body transformation wasn't her first. In 2018 she lost 37 pounds when she got a thyroid condition under control by changing her diet to one that was more organic. She spoke with Today about it then, too.
"I know the industry loves the weight gone, but for me it wasn't (about) the weight," she shared. "For me, it was 'I'm not on my medicine any more.'"
