In 2007 Tracy Lawrence’s Friends Helped Him Back to Number One [VIDEO]
I remember back in 1991 when I got a new single from a new artist that just blew me away. The song was called 'Sticks and Stones' by a guy named Tracy Lawrence. That song ended up going all the way to number one. Not a bad start to a career.
Tracy went on to have several more number one hits including the classic 'Time Marches On' which hit number one back in 1996. That single would be the last time Tracy hit number one for eleven years. He found his way back to the top spot in 2007 when he found out who his friends were. He ended up recording the smash "Find Out Who Your Friends Are" and was joined by Tim McGraw and Kenny Chesney to create a country classic that will live for years to come. Today is the anniversary of that achievement. so let's take a little trip back with Tracy.
