Why did I decide to call my cutting board the Commodore? CUZ SHE'S A BRICK HOUSE! Monday night, I officially marked this project complete after applying the seal coat of beeswax and mineral oil to her and then added the rubber feet to the bottom for slip resistance.

The first coat of mineral oil revealed a great grain pattern on the board, which you can check out too!

The final product was more than I could hope for! It is simply amazing to see it all done!

It would only be fitting to show off the final product with some peppers from our yard. Some Ghost Peppers, Habanero, and Cayenne Peppers! The Commodore will get its first workout tonight and I am beyond excited to have this as an upgrade from a cheap, thin plastic cutting board.
