The Governor of Colorado, Jared Polis, is expected to signs a bill that will overhaul gas and oil regulations in the state this afternoon.
House Democrats Along With Veterans And Current Service Members Call For Immigration Reform
The bill is said to shift the focus from production to the protection of public safety and environment. Opponents of this bill state that this bill will suppress the industry and kill off jobs. According to KDVR, the industry is said to contribute $32 billion to the state economy every year and supports approximately 89,000 jobs.
