Denver Is Getting a First-of-Its-Kind Golf Workspace
If you own or work for a business that deals with clients and meetings all the time, wouldn't it be nice to be able to speak with business partners in a conference room, then tee up a golf ball to take a swing, and not have to change locations?
Denver Is Getting a Work and Golf Concept
Soon, that will be a reality right here in Colorado. According to KDVR, a first-of-its-kind workspace will be opening in the Denver Metro Area later this summer. The new concept, Clubhouse Work & Golf, creates a space that will cater to client-facing activities, mixing business and leisure, without needing change locations.

The 23,000-square-foot workspace will have over five dozen private offices, coworking areas, meeting rooms, and five Trackman golf simulators. Making this the perfect spot to close the big business deal, all while perfecting your swing without having to be on the links.
Clubhouse Work & Golf Will Open Near Cherry Creek
The building, located at 720 South Colorado Boulevard, will have floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Rocky Mountains, a putting green, and a bar located next to the workspace.
Clubhouse Work & Golf says that it plans to have offices and workspaces open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year. The golf lounges will be open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
