Frozen Version of Costco Food Court Favorites Are Now Available
Brilliant idea or ridiculous idea? For my family, Costco is our favorite place for so many reasons. Bulk toilet paper, rotisserie chicken, and that beautiful food court. The Costco food court is just a must. We even hit the food court without buying anything at all because you can feed your entire family for $10 and some change.
How they've been able to keep a hot dog and drink $1.50 for decades is completely beyond me. Inflation doesn't exist in the Costco food court. Naturally, the big wigs at the store decided to use that hype to another level by now offering Costco food court options in the frozen section. Because making a hot dog at home would be almost impossible.
Although it's just been introduced into the market, the first few reviews are not great. Let's talk about the options offored.
Here's what Costco is now offering for a limited time only
My usual pick is the Chicken Bake. Let me paint the picture for you: a parmesan bread pocket with chicken, Caesar dressing, cheese, and bacon. I don't even want to know the nutritional info because it will just depress me, but it's so good! Now you can buy Chicken Bakes in the frozen section in packs of six. Granted, they are smaller than what you get at the actual food court, but who says you can't just microwave two at the same time?
The Costco calzone is high up on the limited menu. The reviews are in, and people are saying the frozen version is even better than the actual food court version. And the easy microwave instructions don't hurt either.
- Costco pizza is literally my favorite pizza, so buying it in the frozen section and ready to bake at home anytime is incredibly appealing. People are loving this option, and Costco says it isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
