Free Tour in Greeley for New Downtown Reuse Projects

Downtown Greeley's restored buildings have given a new life to the area and now you can take a free tour with the Greeley Historic Preservation Commission.

It all happens Monday, July 8 at 6:30 p.m. starting at Lincoln Park, 802 10th Avenue.

City Historic Preservation Specialist Betsy Kellums will be your guide throughout the downtown tour.

The best part? It's FREE with no reservations required.

You may want to bring bug spray and wear some comfy walking shoes.

Downtown Adaptive Reuse Projects: Bringing Life to Downtown Buildings, starting at Lincoln Park Gazebo, 6:30 p.m.

July 22
Sunrise: Greeley’s First Culturally Diverse Neighborhood; starting location: NW Corner Archibeque Park, 4^th Avenue & 11^th Street, 6:30 p.m.; a pre-Chautauqua event.

August 19
William Bowman Buildings at UNC: Gunter Hall and the President’s House, led by Scott McLean; starting location: plaza west of Gunter Hall under the bell tower, 6:30 p.m.
