Fort Collins Expected To Get 2-4 Inches Of Snow Thursday Night
Another spring snowstorm is expected to roll through Northern Colorado this evening and through the overnight...don't worry though, it's not expected to be anything near as bad as the last one we had a few weeks ago when a couple feet wreaked havoc on the area.
According to the National Weather Service, Fort Collins could see between 2-4 inches of snow by Friday morning. That could make for a little tricky morning commute but according to my snow plow driving friend who works for CDOT, he said "we're on it" so I have full trust in him and the entire crew at CDOT who do an awesome job keeping the roads clear during inclement weather.
By Friday morning, the snow should be pretty much done with only very slight chances lingering into late Friday early Saturday.
Saturday looks to be mostly dry and by Sunday we will be back to lots of sunshine and temps in the mid to upper 50's before another round of "unsettled weather" hits Northern Colorado early next week.
Go home Mother Nature, you're drunk...but then again Springtime is usually when she is tipsiest here in Northern Colorado. Geez, the LEAST she could do is offer us a drink.
