Colorado State University's former starting quarterback is joining the former Rams head coach.

Collin Hill announced Saturday in a tweet that he will be transferring to the University of South Carolina. That's the same SEC school that former Rams head coach Mike Bobo joined as offensive coordinator earlier in the month.

Hill tore his ACL during a game in September.

He threw for 3,323 yards, 23 touchdowns and 11 interceptions in his three seasons with the Rams.

Bobo, the offensive coordinator at Georgia before arriving in Fort Collins, went 28-35 in five seasons at CSU. Former Boston College and Temple head coach Steve Addazio was hired to replace Bobo.

Hill had previously announced that he was transferring in a Tweet on Dec. 19.
