Fallen Weld County Sheriff’s Deputy Sam Brownlee’s Patrol Car Up for Auction
Ever wanted to own an old cop car? Fallen Weld County Sheriff's Deputy Sam Brownlee's patrol car is being auctioned off for charity.
Brownlee was killed during a shoot out with a man accused of stealing a car in Fort Morgan in November of 2010 in Evans. He was the 1st Weld County officer to be killed in the line-of-duty in 70 years.
The Auction is Wednesday, May 13th at 6:30 pm at the Weld County Sheriff's Office. Proceeds from the auction will benefit Concerned Police Survivors.
