[UPDATE] An earlier version of this story reported the following:
One minor is dead and another is in "fair" condition after a school shooting in Jefferson County...
One of his two victims sustained "non-life threatening" injuries while the other was in critical condition...
The latest news is that the shooter's two peers that were taken to the hospital are both in critical condition, according to Denver 7.
Law enforcement stated that this was no longer an active threat at around 2:30 PM yesterday afternoon.
Evergreen High School Shooting Reported in Jefferson County
On Wednesday, September 10th at approximately 12:24 PM, county law enforcement officials received the first of many calls regarding an active shooter at Evergreen High School.
The school is 67 miles away from the Denver International Airport.

Victims Taken to St. Anthony’s Hospital in Lakewood
Three injured minors were taken to St. Anthony’s hospital in Lakewood, which is approximately 20 miles from the school and is the closest level one trauma center to the school.
One of those minors was the suspect.
He died from self-inflicted gunshot wounds several hours later at the hospital. The suspected shooter has been identified as 16-year-old Desmond Holly in a report from CPR.
Authorities are claiming that Holly had been "radicalized" online.
One of the victims has been identified as 18-year-old Matthew Silverstone by Jefferson County officials. The department released a statement on social media from the family.
“The family appreciates the community’s concern and support, but as we remain focused on our loved one’s recovery, we respectfully request privacy as we continue to heal and navigate the road ahead”
Law Enforcement Investigation in Jefferson County
Law enforcement searched the suspected shooter's home late Wednesday evening. Our partners at Denver7 confirmed that the suspect lived in a "remote gated community roughly 6.5 miles from the high school."
Investigators were also reportedly looking into the suspect's locker and vehicle.
