How to Access the Trail

If you plan on checking this new trail out, there's a few things you should keep in mind.

You can get access to Elk Meadow trail through the historic cabin area or the Northeast section of the Valley Loop Trail. Just a heads up, this is about a mile and a half from the Valley Loop trailhead.

Also, this is one of the few spots in Fort Collins where dogs are not allowed.
