There aren't many who aren't grateful for our veterans but some of those veterans have sacrificed a great deal. Here's a great way to help our Wounded Warriors.

This benefit run for the Wounded Warrior Project is now in it's third year and the idea of Barry and Colleen Brim who own the Diamond Back Saloon (385 4th Street) in Severance.

The run will be on Saturday, June 6. Registration will be at the American Legion (624 Ash Street) in Windsor starting at 9:00 a.m. with the last bike out by 10:00 a.m. Cost is only $10 per ride plus $5 for a passenger; all vehicles are not only welcome, but encouraged to participate.

Stops will include various American Legion and V.F.W. posts in Northern Colorado with the last card draw, and end of run, at the Diamond Back Saloon in Severance at 4:00 p.m. There will be live music, great food and prizes to win. For more information, please call 970-590-9368 or 970-217-7769.
