When it comes to travelling, more often than not, I would prefer to fly. You get there much quicker, and you don't waste days driving. Since I don't travel too much and always do it on a budget, I often look for the best deals when it comes to flying out of Denver International Airport.

If you like to fly and live in Colorado, there is some good news for us when it comes to saving a few dollars on flight deals. Some airports are cheaper than others when it comes to purchasing airfare, and Denver International Airport has some of the best deals you can find for domestic flights.

Why Denver International Airport Ranked Number One

The average price to fly round-trip out of Denver's airport is $219 for economy fares. Charleston, South Carolina, had the overall best price for round-trip economy fares at $167, but Denver has more destinations to offer overall.

American Airlines Ranked Best for Domestic Flight Deals

Going.com also ranked the best airlines that offer the cheapest deals. The top five airlines were Alaska and Hawaiian Airlines, United, Southwest, Delta, and the best airline for domestic deals was American.
