The Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association are comprised of soldiers who have faced the enemy in battle and lived to tell the tale.  They are Veterans helping Veterans and you will have another great chance to show your military support by attending the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association / Iron Plains 3-4 poker run in June.

Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association - Iron Plains 3-4 invites all vehicles out on Saturday June 29th to the Brighton VFW (161 N Main St.) for the 2nd annual 'Injured Soldiers' run to raise money for one of their own - Master SGT Rory Atridge.

Rory was injured in Iraq in 2005 when a grenade landed under his vehicle while on patrol catching the vehicle on fire.  Rory removed the M60 and jumped from the vehicle in full gear breaking his neck on impact due to all the weight.  He was awarded the Bronze Star with V Device for his heroic effort.

Registration starts at 9:30 AM at the Brighton VFW. Cost is $20 and all monies raised will help MSG Atridge in his continuing battle for quality of life after honorably serving this great country of ours.

So come on out and have some real fun.  Live music from Ronnie Davis and the Rocky Mountain Outlaws who will be performing their brand new single called "The Colors Won't Run" which benefits "Operation Homefront."
