CSU has expelled three football players that were involved in an off-campus brawl incident on April 6th. Nordly Capi, Mike Orakpo and Colton Paulhus are charged with Disorderly Conduct and have now been expelled from Colorado State University.

According to CSU spokesman Mike Hooker, the decision to expel the students was made by the university’s Conflict Resolution & Student Conduct Services department.

“Although there is an appeals process, and the deadline to request an appeal is May 15, expulsion in the Student Conduct Code means a permanent removal from the university,” said Hooker. “A notification of the expulsion will be on each former student’s transcript, which cannot be removed.”
