America and the Centennial State Agree on the Best Cereal
Growing up, it was often said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Odds are you skipped it to get some extra sleep when in high school, or perhaps your mom woke you up and gave you a great breakfast before school. There are some delicious things to have to start the day. Bacon, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, toast, eggs, and many more are great things to enjoy for the first meal of the day. One common thing to enjoy is a bowl of cereal, but there are many options to choose from. When it comes to cereal, which one does America enjoy the most, and what is Colorado's favorite?
America's Favorite Cereal
Walking down the cereal aisle of the grocery store can often bring back great memories from childhood. Seeing all the colors, the mascots, and the cereals you used to enjoy through the years often brings a bit of nostalgia. Perhaps you have changed your favorite cereal through the years, but everyone has one they prefer over most. When it comes to cereal, what is America's most popular? Absn.csp.edu recently revealed a list of each state's favorite cereal, including the most popular cereal in America. With 13 states choosing the same cereal, Froot Loops is America's favorite cereal, with Rice Krispies and Cheerios being tied for second with 5 states, and Trix being fourth with four states.
Colorado's Favorite Cereal
What is Colorado's favorite cereal? America and Colorado agree, as the Centennial State is one of the 13 that also chose Froot Loops, yet the region's favorite cereal is Honey Bunches of Oats. It is shocking not to see some other popular cereals like Lucky Charms, Cocoa Puffs, or Cinnamon Toast Crunch popping up much. Interestingly enough, Lucy Charms was not any state's favorite cereal.

Cereal can be healthy, but it all depends on which ones you eat and what you eat them with. Do you agree with Colorado and America, or do you think a different cereal should be the state's favorite?
