Colorado Hits Record High — This Time Last Year It Was Snowing

It's a cool 87 degrees here in Fort Collins this afternoon, but in Denver, it's reportedly 91 degrees, according to 9NEWS. In the Denver area, it hasn't been this warm on this date in over a decade, with the last high record set in 2009 at 90 degrees.
Last year at this time, things were a little different, with snowfall on May 21. CBS4 also reported that May 2019 was the '5th Coldest May on Record' for the state.
