Coloradans Can Donate Blood to Las Vegas Shooting Victims
A mass shooting at a music festival in Las Vegas last night has left hundreds wounded. While it may seem hard to help from afar, Coloradans who are eligible to donate blood are encouraged to do so.
Following the shooting at Route 91 last night in Las Vegas, medical responders are in need of all blood types, especially O-positive and O-negative blood types. According to KDVR in Denver, Bonfils Blood Center is asking Coloradans in good health to donate, and they will send the blood to Las Vegas.
There are eight Bonfils locations in the Denver area, with the closest to Northern Colorado in Westminster at 960 W. 124th Ave. and in Boulder at 3113 28th St.
