Christmas Tree Permits For National Forests Available
If you would like to cut down your very own Christmas tree from Colorado, you can now pick up a permit to get in the holiday spirit. According to KDVR, you can get your permit to cut down a tree in the White River, Pike, and Arapaho National Forests.
Permits cost anywhere from $10 to $20 and can be paid for by cash, check, or credit card. Additionally, if you have a child in fourth grade that has an Every Kid in the Park Program pass, you can get your Christmas tree for free.
