Housing pretty much everywhere in Colorado is through the roof. Here in Northern Colorado, we've seen an explosion of growth and prices in housing. If you're looking to buy right now, times are a little tough because of low inventory and inflated prices, however...there are some gems like THIS one in northern Fort Collins.

According to neighborhoodscout.com, the median home value in Fort Collins is a shade over $406,000. So, that's why when I recently did some looking online and came across this property at 2118 Sandstone Drive in Fort Collins, I was surprised to see it priced at $375,000. ESPECIALLY since it wasn't falling apart and was actually nice AND had 2,200 square feet included with a spacious finished basement.

According to Redfin, this house has been recently updated AND it comes with an awesome treehouse.

If you're in the market or you know someone that is looking, especially in Fort Collins, you really should check this place out. The basement is HUGE and there are so many more opportunities to add even more onto this home, giving you more value.

The fact that a treehouse comes with the actual house itself is a huge selling point for me because I have a 6-year-old, but...who am I kidding, I'M the one that would be most excited for that.

Let's take a tour together of the cheapest house in Fort Collins.
