There will be a candlelight vigil held for the 8 year old Windsor boy who died from his injuries in the Windsor Harvest Festival Parade. According to the Windsor Town Watch Facebook page, the vigil will be held at Eastman Park at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, September 5th. If you are coming to the vigil, follow the signs on where to park that evening.
