Imagine for a moment you have to leave your home because there is a fire. That's a frightening, stressful moment for anyone. Now imagine someone seeing your scorched home as an opportunity to steal some stuff. Who would do that?!?

Apparently, the same 2 people who would also steal security keys and merchandise from the little Target in Fort Collins. The same 2 people who would then be spotted carrying musical equipment well walking down east Mulberry. Not weird at all, right?

Fort Collins Police were able to stop and arrest Sebastian Maness and Brittani Moore for the Target theft. That's when they discovered items linking these two to the burglary of the home of the people who were already dealing with an apartment fire.

If you're like me and you see a post on social media with lots of comments, you read them. This story seemed to really spark a lot of negativity around the judges in Fort Collins. The bond for each suspect was set at a measly $4000.

Oh, did I mention they also were in possession of fentanyl? Fentanyl, the synthetic opioid that is up to 50 times stronger than heroin and 100 times stronger than morphine, yeah, that one!
