Bruno Teramoto is a success story that shows how hard work can really pay off with the right opportunities and support.

He initially moved to the United States to attend college and pursue a baseball career. He didn't know any English (aside from his name) but he earned an engineering degree from New Mexico State.

He took a shot a JBS's management trainee program, and spent 8 months with JBS in Philadelphia before applying for an industrial engineering job at JBS Greeley that was just too good to pass up. Most recently, he's rounding out his 2-year tenure with the company with a promotion that fulfills his long-term goal of fully using his engineering degree.

When I met and talked with Bruno recently, I learned that the rest of his life just kind of fell into place here in Greeley. He's found a true support system dedicated to his growth, made friends who now seem like family, and had the chance to work in different departments within JBS.

Bruno intends to continue growing with JBS for many, many years to come, and while I admire his hard work and dedication, I have to say he echoed a lot of the comments I've heard from other JBS employees.

It was incredibly obvious just how passionate and proud they were (and are) to be working at JBS. In their own ways, everyone who I had the opportunity to speak with at JBS Greeley has been able to reach new heights in both their work and personal lives due to the unparalleled opportunities provided for workers at JBS. They feel like JBS cares, and they are proud to work for a company that so deeply invests in employees' success.
