UPDATE: Fort Collins Power Outage Restored

UPDATE: City of Fort Collins Utilities announced that the power outage has been restored.

Fort Collins employees got a shock today as power went down in the city around 1 p.m. today (August 8, 2019).

On the City of Fort Collins' website, it's being reported that the outage may have been caused by an equipment failure.

The outage is currently happening between Vine to Mulberry and Mason to Taft Hill, and isn't estimated to be fully restored until 4 p.m.
