If you don't eat an entire basket of bread before your meal comes out, completely ruining your appetite, did you even go out to eat? Some resturaunts offer free bread, and for me, that can be dangerous because I have zero self-control. But I love it so much.

Let's talk about the best pre-meal bread options in Northern Colorado resturaunts because, why not?

Texas Roadhouse

This is a problem for me, as I'm sure it is for most other people. With locations in Fort Collins and Loveland, you could feasibly eat at Texas Roadhouse 7 days a week. Again, it's a problem for me.

Sonny Lubick Steakhouse

Sonny's, located in Old Town Fort Collins, is known for much more than their perfectly seasoned and cooked steaks. You will also have an array of freshly baked breads with soft whipped butter.

Count on gaining at least 3 pounds in one meal.

Biaggi's Italiano Restaurant

Dipping bread in oil and seasoning takes the pre-meal bread game to the next level. Biaggis is located in Loveland, and their dipping oil with freshly baked Italian bread is so good you should probably just plan on ordering a salad.

Longhorn Steakhouse

The Fort Collins Longhorn Steakhouse is our Friday night hangout. Don't judge. Fresh-baked honey wheat bread is the perfect opener to the massive entrees, from steaks to burgers. You will end up leaving the restaurant carb-loaded.

Olive Garden

When I think of never-ending bread, I think of the Olive Garden. Sometimes I wonder how the OG even makes money. Before you decide to take a tour of Italy, plan on eating your weight in bread. With locations in Fort Collins and Greeley, why not?

Honorable Mention: Fazolis. When eating in the dining room, they actually had employees walking around offering free bread. What a dream.
