Experts over at FinanceBuzz have found where to find the cheapest school supplies for the season.

Walmart Tops the List for Cheapest School Supplies in Colorado

They concluded that Colorado parents can find the best deals for school supplies this year at Walmart. They found that for the 20 most common items for back-to-school shopping, it would cost parents $54.21 on average. Now this number is for school supplies alone. It does not account for clothes and other needs.

What You Will Pay at Other Colorado Stores

Target was listed as the second best place to go for back-to-school shopping. Michael's was rated the most expensive place to go for back-to-school shopping. The overall cost for Colorado students this year is $102.87.

Back-to-School Traditions Still Going Strong
