A Colorado couple got a surprise while camping earlier this week.

The Denver Channel reports that a bear cub collapsed a tent near Colorado Springs when standing on its hind legs.

The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. on Monday (May 4) at the Golden Eagle Campground off Colorado Highway 115. The private campground is about five miles southwest of Colorado Springs.

Fortunately, the couple was unharmed.

Colorado Parks and Wildlife have now set a trap for the cub. They said the cub will not be killed, but that it will be hazed to ensure it is properly scared of humans and will avoid them in the future.
