Here's one we didn't see coming: A secondary take on the viral Fleetwood Mac 'Dreams' video as interpreted by a hockey player.

In October of 2020, an Idaho man, Nathan Apodaca, made a video that went viral. It depicted him skateboarding down a hill while drinking cranberry juice and listening to Fleetwood Mac's 'Dreams.'  It was simple, funny and a great distraction from the pandemic.

There have been more than a few 'knock-offs,' 'copies,' or 'reinterpretations' of Apodaca's video since it was released to the world. Mick Fleetwood himself even made one. It's just so good, everyone wants to put their 'spin' on the concept.

Heck, if I had a skateboard I might even try it myself. I think I'd also need a love of falling off of a skateboard, however.

Meanwhile, the captain for the Colorado Avalanche, Gabrial Landeskog, recently decided to put out his own version of the 'Dreams' video/meme.

Here's a couple of changes Landeskog made to make the video his own: Instead of a skateboard, he ice skates (of course). Instead of cranberry juice, he's clutching a Bud Light (it is hockey, after all).

Landeskog was drafted by the Avalanche in 2011 as the second overall pick in that draft; he was made captain in 2012, becoming the youngest player ever to be named so at 19.

If you were to make your own 'Dreams' video, what would you be doing/drinking?
