By Cory Cutting I think that we will find that many people have a connection in some way to the tragedy in Aurora.  Some will know some of the victims, or will know people who know people.  Colorado is large, but small.  I live about 1 mile from the theatre and about 3/4 of a mile from the suspect's apartment...

The Woodland Heights Fire that started yesterday morning in Estes Park has burned approximately 20 acres and destroyed 20 homes; and is now being reported as 75% contained. The fire is burning near the Beaver Meadows Entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, but has not moved inside park boundaries.

Last night was not a good night for fighting the High Park Fire. According to the Coloradoan, a number of homes were lost last night, the fire grew another 2,000 acres or so, more evacuations were ordered and containment fell from 60% to 45%.
