I think Billy Ray may be taking a page out of his daughters "How to Get Attention" book. Miley has been in the news everyday and now it seems Billy Ray wants some attention. He appears in a video for a rap group called Buck 22 with vapor bongs, booties and all sorts of bizarre things. I am just glad he doesn't get naked and ride a wrecking ball in the video.

I have always liked Billy Ray's music but this is one of the biggest pieces of crap I have ever seen or heard. Decide for yourself.
