How the $50,000 Down Payment Assistance Works

It is important to note that the $50,000 payment will be for downpayment assistance. So, Pawnee City is looking for new residents who will be homeowners.

The new homes are priced around $325,000. The $50,000 payment would go directly towards the home. In order to get the $50,000, you would need to qualify for a mortgage.
