You Won't Believe What This Cop Did And Why He Did It

I see a lot of things during the course of a day and all the news I have to sift through but I'm not sure I have ever seen anything like this. If I didn't know any better I would say this cop has an issue with roid rage possibly?

The scene is easy to set up.

A man along with his wife and 14 year old son came home. A police officer with Gloucester County, NJ (Washington TWP) had someone else pulled over and the police vehicle was blocking the man's driveway.

The driver calmly asked the police officer if he could move his vehicle and Officer Hart lost it as you will see in the video. You will also see him take a cell phone away from a witness and also inform the witness to not talk with other police about what happened.
