I must admit that one of the things I have missed the most since embarking on this new healthy lifestyle has been my several times a week breakfast burrito. I love breakfast burritos and feel there is no tastier complete breakfast than some eggs, cheese, breakfast meat, potato and green chili rolled up in a fresh soft gooey tortilla. Dang that sounds good.
